*Job Description* – *Doctor / OHC Doctor*

Position: *Doctor / OHC Medical Officer*

*Location: Basant, Bhandu Kallan, boranada, Jodhpur*

Experience: *Retired Doctors / Freshers Eligible*

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month

*Role Overview*

The Office Doctor will manage day-to-day medical services at the Occupational Health Center (OHC), providing immediate care, first aid treatment, and general medical consultation for employees. The role is suitable for MBBS-qualified doctors or Medical Officers (MO) with relevant clinical knowledge. Retired doctors or fresher graduates are welcome.

*Key Responsibilities*

Provide first aid, basic life support, and immediate care for workplace injuries or illnesses.

Handle emergency medical situations and coordinate with hospitals/ambulance as needed.

Offer general medicine consultations for employees during working hours.

Maintain OHC records, medical registers, and documentation as per company and statutory norms.

Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health checkups (if required).

Ensure availability and proper upkeep of medicines, first aid kits, and medical instruments.

Support HR/EHS team in health-related awareness programs and workplace wellness initiatives.

Identify and report workplace health risks or recurring health issues among employees.

*Eligibility & Qualifications*

*MBBS* (Mandatory) or

*Medical Officer* (MO) with recognized medical qualification

Valid registration with the Medical Council.

Freshers or retired doctors are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of first aid, emergency handling, and general medicine is essential.

*Skills Required*

Strong clinical judgement and patient care approach.

Ability to stay calm and effective during emergencies.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of occupational health (preferred, not mandatory).

Work Details

Timing: Between 9am to 6pm (4Hours Duty)

Working Days: [Mon–Sat / 6 days]

Location: Bhandu, Jodhpur
