Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Board Certified/Board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team. We are a busy primary care clinic, physician owned and operated with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient-centered treatment and evidence-based practices. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse patient population, ensuring optimal health outcomes through thorough assessments, effective treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including physical examinations, well-child. annual wellness exams, chronic disease management and acute care visits. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based medical care. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and order entry in a timely manner. Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, joint injections. Manage acute and chronic conditionsEngage in clinical research is available but not mandatory. Strong communication skillsOrder, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and labs. Interpret EKG's and spirometry resultsProvide preventative counseling on lifestyle, nutrition. mental health, and disease prevention. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory standards. Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Teaching medical students if this is an area of interest. Currently students come from Baylor College of Medicine and Sam Houston State College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Experience
- MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Board Certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Texas State medical license (Or ability to get one)
- Current DEA registration
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule and Work Environment
- Outpatient clinic only
- Full-time or part-time schedule.
- Flexible on schedule/ Support staff includes APP's, MA's, care coordinators, billers in house, referal team, and on-site lab.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
