About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and skilled MBBS Doctor to join our medical team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing illnesses, providing treatment, managing patient care, and ensuring high-quality clinical services in accordance with medical standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and necessary tests.
  • Monitor and manage patient progress during treatment.
  • Handle emergency cases and provide basic life support when required.
  • Advise patients on preventive healthcare, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Perform minor procedures (as per experience and requirement).

Patient Management

  • Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and prescriptions.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with nurses, technicians, and other medical staff.
  • Work with laboratory teams for diagnostic investigations.
  • Refer patients to specialists when required.

Administrative Duties

  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical ethics.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality checks, or departmental meetings.
  • Assist in supervising junior doctors, interns, or support staff (optional).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBBS Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with State Medical Council / MCI (NMC).
  • 0–5 years of experience (freshers with internship completed can apply).
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and patient interaction abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, or General Practice.
  • Knowledge of basic emergency medicine & first aid.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
  • Familiarity with EMR and digital patient management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹16,689.11 - ₹85,527.95 per month
