Job Title: Dental Doctor Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Dental Doctor Assistant to support dentists in providing high-quality patient care. The candidate will assist in clinical procedures, maintain hygiene standards, manage patient preparation, and ensure smooth daily operations in the dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures
• Sterilize and maintain dental equipment according to safety standards
• Prepare and position patients for treatment
• Provide chairside assistance and hand instruments to the dentist
• Maintain patient records and treatment documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow when required
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the clinic
• Monitor inventory of dental supplies and report shortages

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting (preferred)
• Prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital is an advantage
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures
• Good communication and patient handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
