Job Title: Doctor – Business PartnerJob Summary

We are seeking a qualified and entrepreneurial Doctor – Business Partner to co-manage and grow our healthcare franchise. This role combines clinical expertise with business leadership. The doctor will receive a monthly salary and 50% profit share, linked to a ₹15 lakh franchise investment.

Qualifications

• MBBS / MD / equivalent with valid medical license.
• Clinical experience in primary care or relevant specialty.
• Strong interest in healthcare entrepreneurship and business management.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Investment Structure1. Monthly Salary

The doctor will receive a fixed monthly salary (Rs 50000 -Rs 70000).

2. Profit Sharing (50%)

• The Doctor–Business Partner is entitled to 50% of the net profit generated after operational expenses.
• Profit distribution will be done monthly or quarterly, as mutually agreed.

3. Franchise Investment Requirement – ₹15,00,000

• The doctor must invest ₹15 lakhs as a franchise partner.
• This investment grants co-ownership benefits, profit-sharing rights, and participation in business decisions.
• The investment may cover franchise fees, branding, infrastructure, and setup—based on the company’s franchise policy.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
