We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Doctor for Clinical Research to serve as a Principal Investigator in our dynamic research environment. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials in accordance with FDA regulations and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Oversee patient recruitment, informed consent processes, and patient monitoring to ensure safety and adherence to study protocols.
• Manage data collection, review documentation for accuracy and completeness, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
• Supervise laboratory procedures including tissue culture, protein purification, Western blotting, ELISA assays, PCR, flow cytometry, and chromatography techniques.
• Conduct molecular biology experiments involving cell culture, transfection, microscopy, and cell biology assays to support research objectives.
• Analyze complex data sets using statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python; prepare detailed reports for regulatory submissions and scientific publications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and clinical operations to ensure seamless trial progress.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with extensive experience in clinical research or a related biomedical field.
• Proven track record of leading clinical trials as a Principal Investigator with familiarity in FDA regulations and GCP standards.
• Strong laboratory skills including tissue culture (mammalian cells), protein purification, Western blotting, ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, chromatography, and microscopy.
• Expertise in molecular biology techniques such as transfection and assay development; experience with cell culture and animal physiology is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis software including SAS, R, Python; ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
• Valid ICH GCP certification from an authorized issuer; knowledge of HIPAA compliance is essential.
• Excellent documentation review skills; meticulous attention to detail in research records and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
