1. POSITION - MEDICAL ASSISTANT - GENERAL PHYSICIAN (MBBS)

2. QUALIFICATION - MBBS (GENERAL PHYSICIAN)

3. EXPERIENCE - FRESHERS / 1 Year practice - any govt. hospitals.

4. Expectation from the doctor to be recruited:

· Full time and dedicated engagement

· Regular field visit for 10 to 15 days per month to the project areas of India.

· Monitoring, supervision and guidance of the field staff

· Training of field staff

· Participating in monthly meetings, practice sessions, camps etc. at the field, as per requirement

· Will be stationed at the various offices of the organizations per need for rest of the days in a month, other than field visits

· Reporting of activities undertaken, to the management of AFI as per the format designed, for reporting to donors

Note: Travel and stay will be reimbursed on actual basis in addition to the remuneration, as per the organization policy

5.Remuneration - INR 80,000/- +INR 90,000/- + OTHERS BENEFITS

6. JOB DETAILS - The major activities of the project are:

i. Development of hygiene and sanitation situation in the households of the villages

ii. Focusing on preventive health care through nutritional gardens, medicinal gardens and informed as well as wise usage of the plants

iii. Health awareness generation activities

iv. Overall community development

v. Recording family history, past medical and vitals of the patients

vi. Noting down their complaints

vii. Conducting physical examinations as per the prescribed methods

viii. Uploading the details to the project doctors

ix. Doctor consultation over app

x. Downloading the prescription

xi. Sharing prescriptions to the respective patients

xii. Assisting the patients to obtain the medicines as per prescriptions

xiii. Follow up of the patients
