Qualifications

An MBBS degree from a recognized institution is mandatory

MD in Medicine or equivalent specialization (preferred).

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Doctor to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in medicine for our healthcare operations. The role blends clinical expertise with quality assurance and video-based consultation responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all medical products and information shared with customers meet the highest clinical and ethical standards. This role offers an opportunity to combine clinical knowledge with digital healthcare innovation by leading quality checks, conducting vendor audits, and offering video consultations to users.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct video consultations and in-person consultations as required.

Diagnose and prescribe based on patient symptoms and case history.

Conduct quality inspection of medicines, medical quality, efficacy, and safety standards.

Resolve customer queries and concerns by patient medical examination with a specific focus on verifying data related to drug side effects, symptom relief effectiveness, and therapeutic outcomes.

Oversee medicine quality inspection and verification for all product listings, ensuring that each medicine meets clinical benchmarks for efficacy, safety, and symptom.

Perform fact-checking and clinical validation of health-related content and product claims before publication.

Collaborate with the content team to write or review medical blogs, articles, and patient education material

Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and e-prescriptions

Stay updated with new treatments, medical research, and healthcare trends
