Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Doctor with MD in Medicine who aspires to grow as a clinician, leader, and researcher. This role is designed for someone who sees their professional journey and personal goals aligned with the hospital’s mission of providing world-class care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care.
• Conduct patient assessments, formulate treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based care.
• Actively participate in clinical discussions, case presentations, morbidity/mortality reviews, and academic sessions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, reports, and patient documentation.
• Engage in clinical research, CME programs, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Contribute to hospital quality initiatives, NABH standards, and patient safety programs.
• Mentor and support junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff when required.
• Uphold the values of ethics, empathy, and patient-first care while representing the hospital.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: MD (Medicine) from a recognized institution, registered with Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
• Experience: MD with upto 3-8 years of post-MD experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
