Doctor of Nursing Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Doctor of Nursing to serve as a contracted consultant to design and launch a new nursing program in Pennsylvania. The consultant will provide expert guidance on curriculum design, regulatory and accreditation readiness, policy and procedure development, and overall program structure to ensure a high‑quality, compliant nursing education offering

Duties

· Advise on program vision, structure, and strategic plan for a new nursing program in PA.

· Design or refine curriculum, course outlines, and clinical components consistent with current standards of nursing education.

· Guide compliance with Pennsylvania Board of Nursing requirements and applicable accreditation and regulatory standards.

· Assist with development of policies, procedures, and program evaluation processes.

· Consult with leadership on faculty qualifications, clinical partnerships, and resource needs.

Qualifications

· Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or doctoral degree in nursing or closely related field.

· Active, unencumbered RN license (PA or compact, or eligibility for PA licensure).

· Demonstrated experience in nursing education program development, accreditation, or leadership.

· Strong knowledge of nursing curriculum design, clinical education, and regulatory requirements in Pennsylvania.
