Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality medical services. This role requires proficiency in various medical specialties and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' health status.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Manage patient care plans, including acute and chronic disease management.
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, and airway management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with specialists in fields such as cardiology, endocrinology, and psychiatry for comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
  • Participate in clinical research and trials to advance medical knowledge and practices.
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with medical advancements.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
  • Experience in various specialties such as emergency medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, or surgery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and coding (CPT/ICD).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Ability to perform critical care procedures including cardiac catheterization, trauma management, and respiratory therapy.
  • Experience in outpatient settings or hospital environments is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
