Doctor of Physical Therapy

Have you ever wondered if there is a position that exists where you can be your own boss but not have to start your own business or have the flexibility and freedom of schedule that works for you and your family? Are you tired of the normal cadence of working a 9-5 following someone else's orders, feeling pressure for productivity and starting to experience the burn out of the professional grind. I have a unique opportunity that will allow someone to be their own boss but under the umbrella of Total Connection Physical Therapy. I am a one woman shop and have a great opportunity to expand but can only do it with the right person to collaborate with. Together we will figure out the details but you would be a 1099, contract PT that will be able to dictate your schedule, how long you treat, and when you treat. This will be a collaboration but you will be fully in charge of how you run your day. This format will allow you to be your own boss with the security of an established infrastructure. Running my own business was never my plan either, but I promise, it has been worth every ounce of hesitation and fear that came throughout in the process. Would love to have a conversation to create a better idea of what this looks like and how it would work. The opportunities with this position are truly endless.
