Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care using evidence-based techniques

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex cases

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required based on state guidelines)
