Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care using evidence-based techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex cases
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required based on state guidelines)

  • Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload (post-op, orthopedic, chronic pain, etc.)
