● Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, attracting high-quality doctors who

● Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening top talent

to shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring seamless offer negotiations.

● Support doctors through their hiring journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process as

they step into roles where they can truly impact patient care.

● Drive HexaHealth’s growth directly by recruiting exceptional medical talent, with every

successful placement contributing to our mission of improving healthcare delivery.

In this role, you won't just be recruiting doctors—you’ll be shaping the healthcare landscape, ensuring patients receive the best care by connecting them with the right professionals.
