- Referral Growth: Working to increase referrals to the organization and retain existing ones.
- Feedback & Problem Solving: Addressing physician concerns, complaints, and facilitating solutions quickly.
- Strategic Initiatives: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance partnerships and drive engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Gathering insights on competitors and market trends to improve offerings.
- Event Coordination: Organizing workshops, talks, and networking events for physicians.
