Duties
- Organize, file, and maintain electronic and physical documents using document management systems such as SharePoint and ERP systems
- Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management system) and ISO 9001 standards
- Perform data entry and data management tasks with precision to support quality assurance processes
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before approval or distribution
- Assist in records management activities, including archiving, retrieval, and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies
- Support document control procedures during audits, inspections, and certification processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth document workflows and updates
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for effective filing and record-keeping
- Proficiency in document management systems such as SharePoint and ERP platforms
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management standards
- Experience with data entry, data management, and administrative tasks in a professional setting
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure documentation accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with filing procedures, records management, and document control best practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and technical writing requirements

Pay: $23.65 - $28.49 per hour
