Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update document registers for LPOs (Local Purchase Orders), LOAs (Letters of Authorization), CICPA applications, contracts, transport documentation, and vendor records.
- Manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated correspondence.
- Prepare, submit, track, and update CICPA pass applications, renewals, and security documentation for personnel, vehicles, and contractors
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Documentation Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of document control workflows for LPO, LOA, and contract documentation.
- Experience handling CICPA applications and security documentation is highly preferred.
- Previous experience within ADNOC Group companies or UAE oil & gas sector.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in oil & gas, logistics, or government/security-regulated environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
