Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update document registers for LPOs (Local Purchase Orders), LOAs (Letters of Authorization), CICPA applications, contracts, transport documentation, and vendor records.
  • Manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated correspondence.
  • Prepare, submit, track, and update CICPA pass applications, renewals, and security documentation for personnel, vehicles, and contractors

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Documentation Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of document control workflows for LPO, LOA, and contract documentation.
  • Experience handling CICPA applications and security documentation is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience within ADNOC Group companies or UAE oil & gas sector.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in oil & gas, logistics, or government/security-regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
