Document Controller

Position: Invoice- Quotation- Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter daily sales and expense data into accounting software or Excel
• Record supplier invoices, petty cash, and payments
• Maintain stock and purchase entries
• Assist with basic restaurant accounts data (no complex accounting)
• Support in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Invoice- Quotation-
• Familiar with MS Excel or accounting software (training can be provided if needed)
