Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Document Controller
  • Experience handling the full documentation lifecycle
  • Experience supporting IT Sales, technical teams, or similar functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company documentation (hard & soft copies)
  • Control document versions, filing, archiving, and retrieval
  • Ensure timely sharing of documents to support IT Sales and project teams
  • Use and maintain electronic document control systems or similar platforms
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document submission and approvals
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Prepare reports, registers, and logs related to document control activities
