Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control of documents.
- Coordinate document flow between project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure all documents comply with company and project standards and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and submissions.
- Maintain a document register and track approvals, revisions, and updates.
- Support audits and project reviews by providing required documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents.
- Coordinate with project team for timely submission of documents.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience as a Document Controller in construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of document management systems (DMS) or MS Office.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
