Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control of documents.
  • Coordinate document flow between project teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company and project standards and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and submissions.
  • Maintain a document register and track approvals, revisions, and updates.
  • Support audits and project reviews by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents.
  • Coordinate with project team for timely submission of documents.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Document Controller in construction projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of document management systems (DMS) or MS Office.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
