Job title: Document Controller


Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

1-Maintain project filing systems and document registers.

2-Manage drawings, RFIs, material submittals, NCRs, and correspondence.

3-Ensure proper version control, archiving, and secure storage of documents.

4-Track submissions and coordinate approval workflows.

5-Support project engineers with document administration tasks.


Person Specification – Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes:

Diploma or Business Administration degree.

8+ years of document control experience.
