š Document Management
ā¢Maintain a centralized document control system for both digital and physical records.
ā¢Ensure proper classification, storage, retrieval, and archiving of documents.
ā¢Manage controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, certificates, and correspondence.
š Document Control & Distribution
ā¢Control issuance, revision, and distribution of engineering drawings, quality documents, and specifications.
ā¢Ensure obsolete documents are removed from active use and archived properly.
ā¢Track document versions, approvals, and update logs in coordination with relevant departments.
š Compliance & Auditing Support
ā¢Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
ā¢Ensure all documents comply with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and company policies.
ā¢Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of sensitive information.
š§¾ Administrative Support
ā¢Assist QA, HSE, and Production teams in document formatting, reporting, and database management.
ā¢Prepare document templates and standard formats for consistency.
ā¢Track and monitor records such as calibration certificates, training records, material test certificates, etc.
š¤ Communication & Coordination
ā¢Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and external partners regarding document requirements.
ā¢Provide training and support to employees on document control procedures and software.
ā¢Liaise with suppliers or contractors for documentation submissions and transmittals.
š Qualifications & Requirements:
ā¢Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a relevant field.
ā¢3ā5 years of experience in a document control role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
ā¢Familiarity with ISO standards, quality documentation, and foundry industry terminology is an advantage.
ā¢Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document control software or ERP systems.
ā¢High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent filing/recordkeeping habits.
ā¢Good communication and coordination abilities.
ā¢Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
