Document Controller/ Acountts Assistenmt

Position: Document Controller / Accounts Assistant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Document Controller / Accounts Assistant to manage project documentation and support the finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control

  • Maintain and organize company and project documents.
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and updating of documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Maintain document control registers and logs.
  • Ensure documents are distributed to the relevant departments on time.

Accounts Support

  • Assist with invoices, LPOs, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain basic accounting records and data entry.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in document control or accounting support.
  • Experience in construction or contracting companies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working on project documentation.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in GCC countries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
