Document Controller / Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support and day‑to‑day administrative assistance.
  • Prepare and format letters, emails, reports, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and basic data entry.
  • Handle phone calls, visitors, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist HR, finance, and project teams with routine administrative tasks.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
