Job Summary:

KEA Building Contracting LLC is looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage both company and project documentation and handle Dubai Municipality (DM) and other authority approvals. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth document flow, timely submissions, and effective coordination with authorities, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, organize, and control all project and company documents (contracts, drawings, submittals, permits, correspondence).
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Coordinate submissions and approvals with other authorities (DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees,DDA) as required.
• Track all documents and approvals to ensure timely processing and proper filing.
• Act as the main point of contact for authorities, consultants, and internal teams regarding document and approval matters.
• Ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support other administrative tasks related to document control and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in document control and authority approvals (construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and other authority portals/procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, PDF management, and document filing systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
