About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Document Controller cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation while also providing day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Control:

  • Manage and control all project and office documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of records.
  • Track, distribute, and update project drawings, reports, and correspondences.
  • Ensure documents comply with company and client standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper document flow and version control.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and office inventory.
  • Support HR and procurement departments in documentation and coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in daily office operations.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role (Document Control / Administration).
  • 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
  • Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
