About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Document Controller cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation while also providing day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control:
- Manage and control all project and office documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of records.
- Track, distribute, and update project drawings, reports, and correspondences.
- Ensure documents comply with company and client standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper document flow and version control.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and office inventory.
- Support HR and procurement departments in documentation and coordination.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in daily office operations.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role (Document Control / Administration).
- 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
- Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
