A luxury marble and natural stone contracting company in Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive professional to manage essential day-to-day office administration and crucial project documentation within a high-end environment.
We are looking for a key individual capable of streamlining office operations while maintaining meticulous control over all project documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Handle all contractual submissions, official correspondence, and general project documentation.
- Filing & Tracking: Maintain robust physical and digital filing systems and efficiently track critical project documents, including Submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and Transmittals.
- Communication: Draft professional business letters and emails, and manage day-to-day communications with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Submittals: Take responsibility for drafting and preparing project submittals.
- Office Operations: Provide overall support for general office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional working environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of specialized experience in Document Control and Administration, preferably gained within construction, marble, or interior fit-out projects.
- Software Skills: Proven proficiency in all core MS Office applications.
- Communication: Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal) and excellent public relations skills.
- Attributes: Must be a quick learner, highly organized, and proactive in managing multiple administrative and documentation tasks.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
