We are seeking an experienced Document Controller who must have at least 5-10 years of Experience in the Construction Company and ensure that the organization documents, Contracts Correspondence letters, Agreements, and all related submissions to the consultant and client.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track document revisions and maintain version control.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and update documentation.
- Prepare reports on document status and compliance.
- Technical Documents Experience
- With a valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship.
Qualifications:
- Experience in document control or administrative roles in construction field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
