The role involves handling documentation and coordination work for Maharashtra state subsidy / incentive schemes, mainly Package Scheme of Incentives (industrial), Maharashtra Textile, and Maharastra Tourism projects. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal consultants to ensure accurate paperwork, timely submissions, and regular follow‑up with government offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, organise and verify documents from clients for subsidy / incentive applications.
- Prepare basic checklists and track pending documents for each client.
- Coordinate with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp for follow‑ups and clarifications.
- Assist in filling application forms and compiling annexures as guided by senior team members.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing of all documents and communications.
- Track application status with departments (DIC, Directorate of Industries, tourism/textile authorities) through phone calls / emails, as guided.
- Prepare simple MIS/Excel trackers for submissions, queries raised and responses given.
Desired profile:
- Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or similar).
- Experience: 3+ years; prior experience in documentation / back‑office / CA office / consultant office preferred.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling) and email drafting.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined in follow‑up, and comfortable working with multiple files at the same time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
