Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

 Oversee the submission, tracking, and approval process of project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.

 Maintain an organized and accessible document control system, ensuring proper filing and version control.

 Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to collect, review, and submit documents within the required timeframe.

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project documentation standards.

 Address any document-related discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Communication Coordination:

 Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes.

 Manage and maintain project communication logs, including email correspondences and stakeholder discussions.

 Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance collaboration among project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 Familiarity with construction terminology, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Work Environment:

 Factory-based with site visits as required.

 Interaction with multiple stakeholders, requiring strong coordination skills.

 Fast-paced and deadline-driven work setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
