Role Description

Trust Point Notary Solutions is looking for reliable individuals in or near Norwich, Connecticut to serve as witnesses for notarization appointments. This role is simple, flexible, and great for anyone who wants to earn extra money by attending short appointments and signing as a witness. You will always receive notice ahead of time — this is not same-day “on-call” work unless you choose to accept a last-minute job.

Online witnessing is optional for those who have a computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled appointments on time (in person or optional online)
• Act as a neutral, unbiased witness during the signing
• Sign your name clearly and consistently on all required documents
• Have a clean, ready signature
• Present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID
• Dress professionally for in-person appointments
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Communicate promptly about availability

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must live in or be willing to travel to Norwich or surrounding towns
• Must have valid government ID
• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable signing documents
• Quiet space + computer/laptop for online appointments (optional)

Compensation

• Paid per appointment ($25-$40)
• Remote pays ($10-$15)
• Rates vary by assignment and location
