- Perform market research and community outreach to identify suitable interview candidates and gather relevant contextual information
- Apply bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate with interviewees in their preferred language, enhancing data quality and inclusivity
- Maintain professional communication throughout the interview process, demonstrating active listening and cultural sensitivity
- Follow established protocols for data collection, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld at all times
