Duties

• Manage data entry accurately and efficiently, ensuring all interview notes and recordings are properly documented and organized
• Perform market research and community outreach to identify suitable interview candidates and gather relevant contextual information
• Apply bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate with interviewees in their preferred language, enhancing data quality and inclusivity
• Maintain professional communication throughout the interview process, demonstrating active listening and cultural sensitivity
• Follow established protocols for data collection, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld at all times
