Documentation and Archive Officer

Education and experience requirements for applicants:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
  • Basic knowledge of computer use and Ms Office programs,
  • Knowledge of physical and electronic document/archive standards, related regulations and documentation management process,
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and with a high level of confidentiality awareness,
  • To be successful in human relations and to be prone to teamwork,
  • Preferably basic awareness of KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law) (GDPR), information security, or quality management systems.


Key Responsible:

  • Report any issues deficiencies identified in the archiving disposal processes to the Documentation and Archive Manager.
  • Record, classify, file and archive incoming and outgoing documents,
  • Support the execution of corporate correspondence processes in electronic environments,
  • Provide operational support for the implementation and integration digital signature processes,
  • Provide operational support for the development and implementation of DLP (data loss prevention) software,
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures related to the protection and processing of personal data,
  • Assist in preparation the information and documents requested during audits, internal controls, and reviews,
  • Execute document revision, publication, distribution and withdrawal processes in line with applicable procedures and departmental instructions,
  • Perform the tasks assigned by senior management and the Documentation and Archive Manager, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
