Education and experience requirements for applicants:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

Basic knowledge of computer use and Ms Office programs,

Knowledge of physical and electronic document/archive standards, related regulations and documentation management process,

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and with a high level of confidentiality awareness,
-
To be successful in human relations and to be prone to teamwork,
-
Preferably basic awareness of KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law) (GDPR), information security, or quality management systems.
Key Responsible:

Report any issues deficiencies identified in the archiving disposal processes to the Documentation and Archive Manager.

Record, classify, file and archive incoming and outgoing documents,
-
Support the execution of corporate correspondence processes in electronic environments,

Provide operational support for the implementation and integration digital signature processes,

Provide operational support for the development and implementation of DLP (data loss prevention) software,
-
Support the implementation of policies and procedures related to the protection and processing of personal data,
-
Assist in preparation the information and documents requested during audits, internal controls, and reviews,
-
Execute document revision, publication, distribution and withdrawal processes in line with applicable procedures and departmental instructions,
-
Perform the tasks assigned by senior management and the Documentation and Archive Manager, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
