Documentation Coordinator - (Female) (Blue Area Islamabad)

Qualifications: (Must Read)

  • Intermediate - Bachelors
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Documentation: Ensure/review and maintain accurate invoices and related records, regularly update records(e.g., filing scanning, data entry) to reflect current transactions and activities.
  • Coordination and Communication: Confidently coordinate tasks with colleagues, address and resolve documentation-related inquiries and discrepancies. Provide updates to the management team as required.
  • Document Management: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Identify and suggest improvements in documentation and invoicing processes, Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Note: This is a full time job (9am to 6pm) Monday To Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs44,000.00 per month
