Qualifications: (Must Read)
- Intermediate - Bachelors
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Documentation: Ensure/review and maintain accurate invoices and related records, regularly update records(e.g., filing scanning, data entry) to reflect current transactions and activities.
- Coordination and Communication: Confidently coordinate tasks with colleagues, address and resolve documentation-related inquiries and discrepancies. Provide updates to the management team as required.
- Document Management: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Identify and suggest improvements in documentation and invoicing processes, Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Note: This is a full time job (9am to 6pm) Monday To Friday
