Documentation Engineer (ELV System)

We are looking for an experienced Documentation Engineer to manage ELV drawings, authority submissions, and full project documentation for our UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ELV shop drawings, as-built drawings, and SLDs
• Develop and modify SVG drawings for SIRA submissions
• Handle complete SIRA SPC portal submissions independently
• Prepare and submit Material Submittals (MS), Method Statements (MSRA), Prequalification (PQ), Technical Data Sheets, Compliance Documents, etc.
• Coordinate consultant/client approvals and track submission status
• Maintain proper document control and revision tracking
• Support project engineers with documentation and coordination

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years UAE experience in ELV documentation
• Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in SIRA SPC portal & SVG preparation (mandatory)
• Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling & ELV systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects

• Female candidates on Husband Visa
