Documentation Lawyer – Karachi Property Documentation (In-House Position)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Lawyer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Karachi property documentation, including routine processing, drafting, and submission of property-related legal documents. Candidates with hands-on experience dealing with all Sub-Registrar offices in Karachi will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine property documentation, including sale deeds, lease agreements, gift deeds, power of attorney, and mutation cases.
• Liaise with relevant government departments and all Karachi Sub-Registrar offices.
• Ensure timely preparation, verification, and submission of documents.
• Maintain organized records of all legal documents and transactions.
• Provide guidance on property laws, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams to complete documentation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
• Proven past experience in Karachi property documentation (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Excellent understanding of city-specific legal processes, registrar office protocols, and land-related documentation.
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to visit relevant offices when required.
