Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential homes dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs. Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our client homes ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Supervise and support staff members, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care strategies.
- Manage medication administration processes accurately and safely in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate resident activities, social programs, and community engagement initiatives to promote mental stimulation and social well-being.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency while delivering high-quality care.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health status and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of resident records, incident reports, care plans, and compliance reports for regulatory audits.
- Lead efforts in staff training on best practices in senior care, dementia support, medication management, and emergency procedures.
- Foster a safe environment by implementing safety protocols and responding promptly to emergencies or incidents.
Experience
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading DSP’s within home & community care settings or group homes.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care techniques, memory care programs, and resident-centered approaches.
- Strong background in operations management including budgeting, resource planning, and financial oversight.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to senior living facilities and compliance standards.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs is highly desirable.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,660.61 per year
