Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Professional Dog Bather (Experience Required)

Pawradise grooming is seeking a highly motivated and multitasking individual to join our team. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can seamlessly manage both our premium customer service at the front desk and provide high-quality bathing services for our canine clients.

Key Responsibilities

SectionKey DutiesFront Desk & Client Services Warmly greet all clients and manage all phone calls, texts, and email correspondence. Perform accurate booking, scheduling, and payment processing using DaySmart Pet software. Clearly explain service pricing (size/inch-based), packages, add-ons, and maintain detailed client records.Dog Bathing & Prep Execute professional bathing and drying techniques for scheduled appointments. Assist with basic sanitary services including nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Accurately assess and report on the dog's coat condition (matting, skin issues) to the groomers and clients.Technical & Administrative Boost office efficiency by leveraging ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing content, client communication templates, and administrative tasks.Export to Sheets

Qualifications & Preferences

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday (6 days a week), specifically from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (24 total hours per week).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a pet-related facility (grooming salon, vet clinic) in either a front desk or bathing role.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in DaySmart Pet or similar booking software is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong command of ChatGPT and other AI tools is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing schedules efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification or specialized training in professional dog bathing.
• Fluency in English and Korean (a plus for our diverse clientele).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
