Dog Runner/Walker

Interested runners must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for an interview:

• Live within 10 miles of our service area. Please visit our service area map:https://www.denverdogjoggers.com/denver-dog-joggers-service-area
• Must be able to run a minimum of 3 miles without stopping.
• Must be able to run a 10:00 per mile pace or faster.
• Comfortable with dogs of all sizes (able to handle two large dogs at once)
• Be able to run dogs and have a good time
• Patience to walk our older dogs and younger puppies
• Must currently be injury-free
• Weather resilient (Snow, rain, 0 deg F, summer, etc.)
• Hold U.S. citizenship or legal working documents
• Able to commit to at least two weekly recurring time blocks of either 8:00 to 11:00 OR 11:00 to 2:00. We are open Monday - Friday and are closed on the weekends.
• Have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to clients homes
• Own a smartphone with a data plan
• MUST have excellent and timely communication skills
• Must be able to run, walk, jump, grasp and lift arms above shoulder height

Estimated Compensation per session:
$19.75 for a 2.0 - 2.5 mile running session
$27.27 for a 4.0 - 4.5 mile running session
$25.08 for a 2.00 - 2.25 fast walking session
