The Opportunity: Master a Rare Craft

This is not your average dog training job. We are looking for an apprentice to mentor directly under our Lead Trainer to master an incredibly rare vibration e-collar method. This is a skill set you won't find in a textbook or a standard certification course.

The Role: Sales, Service, and Science

This position is a unique hybrid. You will be the face of our programs, responsible for:

• The Sale: Using your charisma and people skills to connect with owners and enroll them in the right programs.
• The Training: Applying our specialized methods to transform the lives of dogs.
• The Education: Acting as a bridge between the dog and the owner. You must be an effective teacher who can coach humans just as well as you coach canines.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Base: $17/hour.
• Uncapped Upside: 2% commission on every program sold.
• The Math: Our previous part-time trainer (2 days/week) regularly added $300/month to her paycheck. In this full-time (5 days/week) role, your commission potential is significantly higher.
• Target Effective Rate: $19–$24+ per hour (Base + Commission).
• Job is Mon - Fri 10am-7pm

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
