Must have a valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to get yourself to and from walks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe walks for dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Follow specific care instructions provided by pet owners, including feeding or behavioral guidelines.
• Handle animals with patience and confidence, utilizing proper techniques at all times to ensure safety.
• Monitor dogs’ behavior during walks, recognizing signs of distress or health issues and reporting concerns promptly.
• Build strong relationships with pet owners through clear communication about their pets’ activities and well-being.

Skills

• Proven experience in dog handling, training, or pet sitting that demonstrates confidence and attentiveness.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients and their pets.
• Strong animal handling skills combined with patience, attentiveness, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
• Can maintain steady energy, clear communication and genuine care to every interaction.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
