Dog Walker

We are excited to be hiring a dog walker for Outta the Doghouse!

We are seeking an individual who is trustworthy, reliable and has a passion for pets.

This person would be responsible for visiting clients homes in the neighborhoods we serve for specified time intervals and walking or caring for their pet(s). This is a great opportunity to acquire hands on animal care experience!

Transportation and a smartphone are both required.

At this time, we are seeking 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday availability. Candidates with evening & weekend availability as needed will be prioritized!

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for household pets. This primarily consists of exercise, but may occasionally include feeding and administration of medication.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their animals' needs and well-being.

Pay:

• Pay range varies as walker makes a set percentage of the price of each visit completed

Please note, background checks are completed on all staff members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
