Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience and service area)

We're Hiring!

We are looking for reliable, passionate animal lovers to join our team as Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters. This is a great opportunity for stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful, flexible weekday work.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 10:00am – 3:00pm

Year-round position (we operate 365 days a year — all weather conditions required)

Service Areas:

Sterling | Leesburg | Ashburn | Aldie | South Riding, VA

Responsibilities:

- Walk dogs and provide care for cats and other pets in clients' homes

- Follow client instructions and maintain consistent routines for each pet

- Provide updates and communication to pet owners as needed

- Work safely and responsibly in all weather conditions

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license

- Prior experience with dogs and/or cats

- Available Monday through Friday, 10am–3pm

- Dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently

- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
