The Wellness Group operates through a concierge partnership model that allows practitioners to maintain their independence while gaining access to affluent repeat clientele.

Our practitioners remain independent contractors and continue operating their businesses under their established rates and professional standards.

The Wellness Group handles:

• Client acquisition
• Membership sales
• Concierge coordination
• Scheduling support
• Marketing exposure
• Relationship management

Our goal is to allow practitioners to focus on delivering exceptional service while we help generate opportunities and recurring bookings.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their field
• Maintain a strong reputation for professionalism
• Deliver exceptional client experiences
• Are reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable serving affluent households
• Take pride in their craft and personal presentation
• Value long-term client relationships

Licensed and insured practitioners are strongly preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

Depending on your profession, responsibilities may include:

• Providing in-home services for Wellness Group members
• Maintaining professional communication
• Upholding client confidentiality
• Delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Following Wellness Group service standards
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and availability
