Important Scheduling Information

Our business is driven by client demand, which means schedules and hours vary throughout the year. Assignments fluctuate based on client travel, seasonal trends, holidays, cancellations, and booking volume.

Because of this, hours are not guaranteed and may change from week to week. This position is best suited for individuals seeking flexible, supplemental income rather than those relying on a consistent full-time schedule or guaranteed weekly hours.

Successful team members are flexible, enjoy variety in their schedules, and appreciate the ability to accept assignments that fit their availability.

What You’ll Do:

- Attend meet-and-greets with new clients and their pets

- Provide in-home pet sitting while owners are away

- Feed and care for pets according to each pet’s routine and needs

- Administer medications as directed by pet owners (if needed)

- Take dogs on walks and provide exercise and enrichment

- Ensure pets remain safe, happy, healthy, and comfortable at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with pet sitting or animal care is preferred, but not required

- Comfortable handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments

- Must love animals and feel comfortable around all species, including dogs, cats, and exotic pets

- Ability to walk dogs in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat (while following company safety guidelines)

- Must be able to pass a background check

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must live within the Castle Rock zip codes: 80104, 80108, or 80109

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license as well as car insurance

- Must be available year-round — this is not a seasonal position
