Morning to Midday Dog Walker & Pet Sitter

Norton, MA (10-mile service radius)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking reliable, experienced animal lovers to join our professional pet sitting and dog walking team serving Norton, MA and surrounding areas.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for individuals with prior animal experience who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting
• Drive to client homes and local trails safely and efficiently
• Monitor pets for signs of illness or distress
• Follow detailed care instructions for each visit
• Maintain cleanliness (waste removal, feeding, water refresh, litter care, etc.)
• Ensure pet safety and home security at all times
• Work holidays and assist with shift coverage as needed

Requirements (All Required):

• Previous professional animal experience
• 18+ and live local to Norton, MA
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Smartphone for scheduling app usage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Confidence handling dogs and other animals of various sizes and temperaments
• Physically active and able to walk multiple miles daily
• Able to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule

Equine experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
