FurBabies Home Pet Care is a growing dog walking company building a reliable, professional team. We’re upfront about this role because it’s not for everyone.

What This Job Really Is

You’ll manage your own daily dog walking route, including:

• Walking dogs safely (solo)
• Driving between clients in Florida weather
• Making real-time decisions when things don’t go perfectly
• Communicating clearly and professionally
• Following structured systems and procedures

This is not a casual side gig. It’s a structured role with accountability.

This Job Is NOT a Fit If You:

Schedule & Pay

• Must be available at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Starting pay: $18.50/hr

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to follow systems and document accurately
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities

Dog experience helps—but good judgment, reliability, and professionalism matter more.
