We’re hiring a dependable, professional Dog Walker & Pet Care Specialist to join our growing team. This is a real W-2 employee position with consistent daytime hours, supportive management, long-term clients, and opportunities to grow — not app-based gig work like Rover or Wag.

Our team provides trusted daily care for busy professionals and families who rely on us to care for their pets while they’re at work or away. We’re looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously while also enjoying the fun, active side of working with animals every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll travel between client homes throughout the day providing services such as:

• Dog walking
• Puppy visits & playtime
• Cat care visits
• Feeding, fresh water, medications, and companionship
• Occasional vacation pet sitting visits

You’ll use our scheduling app to view your route, complete visits, and send updates/photos to clients after each appointment.

Most of your workday is spent independently outdoors with animals.

Schedule

We are specifically hiring for weekday daytime availability.

Availability needed:

• 9am–2pm or
• 10am–3pm

Position Details:

• 10–20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday daytime availability required
• One weekend per month required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round

This role works especially well for people seeking a consistent part-time daytime schedule with independence and flexibility built into the day.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Smartphone capable of using scheduling apps
• Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and energy levels
• At least 18 years old
• Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months
