What You’ll Do:

As a Dog Walker with Smart Paws, you’ll give pets the exercise, love, and attention they need—while building strong relationships with clients and exploring some of Chicago’s best neighborhoods.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Walking dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
• Customizing walks to fit each dog’s personality and energy level
• Keeping dogs secure and safe during walks
• Noting behavior, health, or other updates through our mobile app
• Communicating thoughtfully with pet parents

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, reliable, dog-loving individual
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfort navigating the city (by car, bike, or scooter)
• Flexibility with route size and walk times
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

Minimum Requirements:

• Must live in the City of Chicago and be able to commute to the Lakeview area
• Must own an iPhone or Android phone with a data plan
• MUST HAVE CAR, BIKE, OR SCOOTER
