Overview: We are seeking a reliable and passionate Dog Walker to join our team. As a Dog Walker, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of dogs and provide them with the exercise and attention they need. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about animals and enjoy spending time outdoors. Duties: - Walk dogs on a regular basis, ensuring they get the exercise they need - Provide basic obedience training during walks - Monitor the behavior and health of dogs while in your care - Clean up after dogs during walks - Follow specific instructions provided by dog owners regarding feeding, medication, and any other special needs - Maintain a safe and secure environment for both dogs and yourself during walks - Communicate with dog owners regarding any concerns or issues that arise during walks Skills: - Previous experience working with animals, such as in a veterinary clinic, pet grooming salon, kennel, or as a veterinary assistant, is preferred - Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments - Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dog owners - Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary - Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills Please note that this is a paid position.
